Shot a ravin's leg off
Shot again, hit in leg, no damage. Must have hit the wrong leg
Shoot other leg, it has no external armor and the internals are yellow. Color goes from yellow to slightly less yellow.

This is with a gauss rifle.

Note: had a teammate shoot at the ravin about a second before I did. He was using lasers. The damage to the leg was about what a laser would do. Maybe it applied the wrong damage modifier? I would expect the paperdoll to take damage 1:1 with the timing of my teammate shooting it. In which case it didn't so it had to me my shot that did damage. I did not miss on either of my shots.

Perhaps bug is occuring from the weapon type being indirectly recalled rather than directly tracked. An example might be if you had a function that was supposed to pull the last weapon to hit the mech but it pulls it from the non-HSR state rather than the HSR state. I'm presuming laser damage is implemented by it really being a beam that shoots several times a second and does fractional damage. If my gauss shot was replaced with one of these beam hits it would totally make sense for what I saw.
