"Aegis" is my Atlas-DDC, named after the effect of ECM, of course - a shield for the party.
"Steel Rain" is my Awesome 8R, which is an LRM boat.
"Gamma" is my Atlas-D, named after the end-game boss in Mega Man 3, a giant "peace-keeping" robot gone amok... seems appropriate, somehow.
"Thumper" is my Jagermech - it thumps people.
Others are generic Hunchs with numbers, a Cataphract named "Revenge"
Oh, and then there's "Caber" my Highlander. It's big, heavy, Scottish, and flies, so it's a caber.

I also named by Catapult K-2 "Thunderstruck" in reference to the AC/DC song of the same name.
Those my only two interesting mech names...
All three of my Cicadas are named after Nirvana songs, though.

Atlas D-DC Big Barkem
Jager A Panzerwerfer
Normally I just get an Idea for what I feel about the different mech types and run with it.
Jagers are all in German, but based on roll.
Ravens are numbered in the order I got them, except the 3L giving acknowledgement to the ECM to hide the number.
The atlases are plays off of the word big.
I did not try to name the Phoenix mechs.

ON1-V: Protus (Named after a Rising Astartes in the Ultramarines chapter 2nd Company)
RVN-3L: Brutus (ECM and seemed fitting because of Caser and He's a back stabber)
