Victor pilots are already winners, why do we need a leaderboard? Our mechs are already called Victors, after all. (even those of us who couldn't play due to borked internet this weekend)

Ahem, in the spirit of bad puns... I wonder how many of them played AWESOME. I feel like there are a few STALKERS here.

I just don't understand what's different between second and 5th place? - the same reward.

Maybe the system should be more diversificated, for example:

1st - 1925MC
2nd - 925MC
3rd - 425MC
4th - 300MC
5th - 300MC

The players who get the place from first to third - should be more rewarded. Its not that easy to be on the first fife.

Well, either the Victor scores are being looked into (they are actually higher than the Highlanders), or someone goofed.

A little of both isn't too farfetched.

You got a free 'Mech bay for trying. Someone else beat you, fair and square. It wasn't a 'second prize' that you got, it was a participation ribbon.

Previous tournaments had only prizes for first place , This time they decided to give a prize for other who tried (regardless of position)
