It is entirely irrational that, months later, chat text is still being arbitrarily truncated. For example, if the word "sell" appears at the end of a sentence, you may see only the letter "s."
Beta is not a content development phase -- it is for establishing the fundamental framework of the game. Stop creating content and introducing new mechs when the game does not even function properly.
Also, the network code is worse than Quake II, which was released in 1997. Have we learned nothing in the past fifteen years?
Oh, wait -- the game is programmed by kids just barely out of high school.
Sheesh.
P.S. Note that I said "mechs," not 'Mechs, because I am literate.

Okay, I have been avoiding commenting on the numerous previous threads on this matter, but, may just be because I sometimes type slow, but I have not had an issue with this. Maybe pausing for a bit might help (donning flame proof suit now)

chat text isn't really a fundamental framework of a FPS mech simulation game. although I agree the errors are annoying.
Also quake 2 was client side and, umm, not really like MWO at all

While I do agree that the game flaws are frustrating, there is a serious flaw to the logic people have been using with this argument. It makes the assumption that the same people responsible for creating content such as mechs are also responsible for identifying and fixing the HSR issue, ie assuming that the option to shift reasons from type of task to completely separate type of task is possible. Different people working in those different areas and their skill sets probably don't interchange, so it is not a zero sum equation at all, two separate equations instead.
