Most Lethal "heat Neutral" Build

If a mech shutdown at 30 heat, no matter what, using current weapon heat values, what do you think would be the most lethal builds.

That would mean installing more heat sinks would only dissipate heat faster. If I am understanding the developer's concerns from AtD43 correctly, builds would appear that would basically hit 29 heat with each volley and have enough HS to dissipate back to 0 by the time the weapons recycled. In my opinion, this is smart building and not exploiting but I was curious as to what builds you think would become dominant in this environment.

Also I am not sure what the current rate of hit dissipation is, I'd actually like to know!

4x with four AC5 is pretty nasty.

I thought of the dual gauss build for the Cataphract as well. For the Ilya, that would be 12 heat for 3 ML and 2 heat for the two rifles.

any build with 10 or more heat sinks can fire 3 medium lasers all day long, so a couple of gauss and that, limitations of gauss it get brokey lots

A Jager is supposed to be heat neutral standing still while showering dakka on any Battletech vehicle.

2 UAC5 4 small pulser jager...

(for kicks you can just put one med laser and one flamer in the arm instead of 2 small pulsers).
