other than more internal heatsinks does the mech engine affect heat or weapon power?or is it just the mechs speed?im assuming it doesnt but had to ask.

It also affects twist speed. In theory it should also affect recharge rates on some energy based weapons (gauss rifle I'm looking at you), but doesn't.
