This has been mentioned several times by the devs, but no firm dates. I get really tired of grinding 3,000 XP for a Weapons Convergence skill that has absolutely no effect. Let us know if it's on the schedule, not just a "we'll get to it eventually after more important stuff" answer. Thanks!

You answered your own question as there is no firm date such as is development.
