Tell me which mech has the most energy, the most shooty guns, and the most energy AND shooty gun hardpoints; I wanna make a mech with nothing but small lasers, flamers, and another with all machineguns.

Energy would be the Hunchback 4P with 9 energy slots
Balistics would be one of the Jägermechs with 6 Balistic hardpoints.

If you want to make a spaghetti mech, then you might want to consider the Atlas as well as it has more space to hang the meatballs than any other mech.
