[Egomane]

Greetings everyone,

between the 21st and 25th of August the Gamescom in cologne opens it portals for gamers and publishers to meet each other, to present their products and to have a fun time.

I intend on visiting it on probably the worst of all days, Saturday the 24th, where most of the visitors will attend. I noticed that there is a small Infinite Games Publishing booth (B019a) at the gamescom in hall 4.2.

- Who will I be able to meet there? Any known faces or names?
- What will there be on presentation? Maybe even some surprise for MWO?
- What about Mechwarrior Tactics? Will it even be on display as it is still in closed beta?

I'll also be at the Star Citizen party in the late afternoon / evening. So that's a second chance to meet up if you manged to get hold of one of the limited invites.

I'll actually decided to go there on Sunday, maybe I change that and move with the masses
btw: How did You get an inivtation to that Star Citizen Party ?

Hm...I donated 40$ long time ago. Maybe that doesn't make me a backer. I'm gonna check it out.

Any Backer should have gotten a mail to a poll (19th july). The poll simply asked: Do you plan to attend? - "Yes" or "No"
First thousend to say "Yes", got an invite. Surprisingly, it took some days, to get those 1000 votes together.

If you didn't get that mail, you might want to check your account settings on the RSI website and your spam mail folder. There is still the possibility of someone jumping off, so that one from the waiting list gets a chance.

When I logged into RSI, I had to migrate my account first, meaning I haven't been online for a long time...

The access to this poll is restricted somehow. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Guess I'm goin there on sunday and grab some RSI merch if available.
