With the new card, I was running 55-60 FPS no problem prior to 12 vs 12. Now I am hitting lows in the 20-21 fps range with an average of about 35 so roughly a 40-60% reduction. With my prior card I was barely managing 25-35 fps so definately upgraded at the right time.

The problem is just that bad optimization is being compounded by weaker hardware. That effect gets out of control real fast. Mine isn't new anymore, but i7 930@3.8 no HT, 6GB 1600CL6 RAM, and SLI 560Ti isn't shabby at all, and the game is still having noticeable problems, mostly when there's a lot of effects. Running all maxed except AA, drop from 60 stable to unplayable when everyone goes full disco.

Hahahaha, ok I see whats going on here...You are stupid.
Yes, I see I own a machine that exceeds the minimum specs and doesn't have to worry about" all the other games I play at low settings that get me 30 fps". I just run all games at high settings and see excellent fps. It's not my problem other people don't. I was asked a question and I responded with a true and on topic statement. Is any part of my answer not correct?

I don't play a lot of video games other than this, so buying a new gaming PC would be spending a lot of money just for this game. Not worth it to me, especially with the direction the game is going.

Please submit these, as my frames have dropped from 30ish to 10-20, single figures in most fights, and my rage is so palpable that my pets and children are cowering in fear, terrified at the fury radiating from my glowing red eyes whilst they try in vain to navigate a floor strewn with pieces of annihilated computer parts, lest even the most infinitesimal sound ATTRACT MY IRE.

How do you do this and retrieve the DXDIAG file to send to support?

But the first thing you can try is to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
Rubber banding is usually caused by server to client lag, i.e. your computer moves you forward and communicates to the server you are moving forward, but for some reason the server is slow to process this information, So it sends information to your computer telling it that you are not where you think you are and jumps you back to a prior position . At least it's something like that.
