Still a 1000 times better than this mess that is called MWO and they probably didn't have millions of dollars to build the game.

Can you imagine what MW:LL could have been like with a budget?

It also had terrible balancing, LRMs were stupid as crap, the progression entirely advanced towards unlocking assault mechs, and certain mechs were broken as crap (SSRM vulture for example). MWLL isn't the rosy tinted perfect battletech game that people made it out to be, it had numerous fairly crucial flaws

In MW:O the only really viable mechs are Heavies and Assaults.
In MW:O certain things are broken as crap. ER PPCs and Gauss are a good example of this. Basically anything that can be used to apply large amounts of damage to a specific location in little time (over a large distance) is the way to go.

In MW:O we have small maps.
In MW:O we have sucky Hit registration.
In MW:O we have 0% role warefare.

MW:O isn't the rosy tinted perfect battletech game that people make it out to be, it has numerous fairly crucial flaws. And presumable did have a budget of over 15 Million Euros up until now. AT LEAST. Most likely its a lot higher.
MW:LL was made in the freetime of some dudes. Now go figure what you posted.
