I am intending to do almost a full replacement of my PC, the only parts that stay will be:
- PSU
- GTX 550 Ti videocard
- harddrives

My budget is up to 250 eur.

Currently planning on buying the following:
- AMD FX6300 CPU
- Arctic CPU Cooler Freezer A30 or Freezer 13 PRO cpu heatsink
- Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 motherboard
- memory - ?

After comparing the prices on Intel and AMD cpus, I found out that the cheapest i5 CPU costs 150 eur, which is 1.5 times more than the cost of FX6300, and I don't really want to get a 2-core i3 cpu in 2013.

Any suggestions about the components I picked?
Which memory cards are the best in price/performance aspect? (the minimum would be 2*4 GB I guess)
Will the A30 cpu cooler fit on the motherboard without obstructing other components?
