Seriously Launch is right around the corner, attention for the game via this website should be at an all time high and the website is in a terrible state - slow, not loading, things not working. This subforum is awash in tasks you need to resolve to get the website running smoothly for launch.

Dont let the team down and get it functioning properly - make it a PRIORITY please you only get one launch.

It's increasingly clear that ''launch'' is not going to look very different from open beta.

Wow, what an asinine post. You realize that even if you were their boss, barking at them like a fourth-rate drill sergeant is an amateurish and incompetent way to get things done? No? Of course you don't. Sit down.

OP couldn't be more right. I even emailed the support a couple of days ago about figuring out the slowness or the new players won't simply be able to access the website and the launch will be a flop. Right now my local time is 12:33, which means the mwomercs.com will be internationally inaccessible in about 1.5h and it will again last till evening like every day.

Again, communication it lacking as usual. If they would make some kind of updates or even a lame "we're looking into it" would suffice so we would know that we can at least stop b1tching because we would know they have realized the problem.

Agreed.. The website has been very slow for a while now, at least they seemed to have semi-fixed the CSS stylesheets screwing up.

Heck, people have even had trouble buying MC.... I have a feeling the website is going to be down with the launch rush for a while, which will turn people away.

The Website being slow and sluggish is going to be a very big problem when this game is released and we get a rush of new players coming here for information and help.

At times it can take 20 seconds for a discussion page in the forum to open up and sometimes it just times out at the worst times.

I know they need to focus on the game servers but the website servers are also needed for people to buy MC and if that takes too long on launch then people are not going to do it again for a while.
