Your favorite mech probably has a big amount of xp even with maxed-out efficiencies. So what to do with this extra points?

I would suggest to implement at least 2 levels for each efficiency. The first level would be like it is now. Unlocking all basic level 1 efficiencies 3 times still gives you access to elite and so on. But a level 2 unlock of an effenciency gives you a small additional bonus and costs many experience points.

Like Speed Tweak level 1 still costs 8,500 and grants 10%. Level 2 would cost 80,000 and grants 11.5% overall extra speed.

PGI wants you to spend it on GXP. It is how they make money off the people who do not buy hero mechs and vanity items/premium paints.
