I still feel very strongly that the reduction in C Bill earnings is very wrong,

Honestly I am starting to lose enthusiasm for the game and I am certainly not dropping as much.

I want to collect all the mechs. If you let me make money then I will spend it! I will keep playing and keep buying premium time and therefore supporting the game.

Right now though I see the grind as too hard, I do not want to spend my precious money on new mechs because the grind to replace it is too slow.

Ultimately I may just log once in a while for a few rounds and stop supporting the game with premium time, and I can not believe this is desirable to PGI.

I see that some hardcore players have several hundred million C Bills and so maybe the economy needs adjusting:

But not in a way that punishes new players and players actively taking part in collecting new mechs.

Either put the rewards back or find a way to put rewards up for new players and those actively taking part in the economy.

For example:

C Bill rewards for unlocking pilot tree items (my favourite idea).
Greater rewards for premium time.
Greater rewards for capping (conquest only not assault) scouting and spotting, so light pilots can do their job without having to go gung ho to earn any decent amount of money.

The third person debacle has taken over the forum, but unlike that - where people are actively raging - I fear the C Bill problem will just lead to people slowly and quietly slipping away (which is worse).

Definately feel you on this.

Well, it has been three weeks. No fix.

Thanks guys.

Patchnotes:
Reduced the amount of Conquest Resource reward for the losing team.
They even nerfed the rewards further.

YAY! Actually this may be (and probably is) performed to steer players into premium time or heromechs out of sheer desperation/frustration. The only f2p game that seems to have any semblance of integrity right now is warframe - a game I support but's unfortunately kinda dull.

What that guy meant to say is "The silent majority with 200+ mil cbills and 65 mechs are happy with this"

I have 65 mechs and they nerfed cbills to the point where I stopped playing. The income nerf is even greater if you have premium time and hero mechs because they are a percentage of base income. I would need my premium time to give me 100% cbill bonus to put me back at my previous per-match earning levels, and that isn't accounting for the longer match times from 12v12.

For those that are calling names and insulting people's manhood on an internet game forum: Try to remember as you are welcoming people toward the exit that other players are content in free-2-play games.

FYI this was over three weeks ago.

I have stopped playing almost entirely. I cannot get excited knowing it will take almost 30 hours to buy and spec out my Victor the way that I want it.

30 hours.

Paul, eabodmf.

Your greed will single handedly kill this game. You can only bleed players for so long before they stop. Even WoT, the worst of offenders, figured it out. Now, PGI is the worst offender and the last to learn what they are doing is wrong.

Sooner than later, because your player base is leaving.
