I still feel very strongly that the reduction in C Bill earnings is very wrong,
Honestly I am starting to lose enthusiasm for the game and I am certainly not dropping as much.
I want to collect all the mechs. If you let me make money then I will spend it! I will keep playing and keep buying premium time and therefore supporting the game.
Right now though I see the grind as too hard, I do not want to spend my precious money on new mechs because the grind to replace it is too slow.
Ultimately I may just log once in a while for a few rounds and stop supporting the game with premium time, and I can not believe this is desirable to PGI.
I see that some hardcore players have several hundred million C Bills and so maybe the economy needs adjusting:
But not in a way that punishes new players and players actively taking part in collecting new mechs.
Either put the rewards back or find a way to put rewards up for new players and those actively taking part in the economy.
For example:
C Bill rewards for unlocking pilot tree items (my favourite idea).
Greater rewards for premium time.
Greater rewards for capping (conquest only not assault) scouting and spotting, so light pilots can do their job without having to go gung ho to earn any decent amount of money.
The third person debacle has taken over the forum, but unlike that - where people are actively raging - I fear the C Bill problem will just lead to people slowly and quietly slipping away (which is worse).

Definately feel you on this.
