I wanted to link this thread into this channel in the hopes of finding a solution. Hopefully someone has had found a way to fix to it.

TL;DR - Game crashes back to the client after launch with the selected mech stuck "in a match". However, your mech is not in the match at all and will not become available to use again for ~15min. Re-installing the game, drivers, OS and using the repair tool does not fix the issue.

Same issue here, I just tried to launch 8 missions, every one crashed to client. I never had an issue like this before last Tuesdays patch.

Just a thought, since you didn't mention it (though you did mention the repair tool so it saves me that . . . ) if you are running an Nvidia card have you made sure you are running release drivers and not beta? I know from personal experience that there have been issues with beta drivers in the past.

Also, have you submitted support tickets with DXDiag and Omicron logs attached?

Sorry if none of this helps, but good luck with resolution.

I do have an NVidia card and I have tried both the current and beta drivers only to get the same results. And no, I have not yet submitted support tickets. Was hoping to find a solution on here first before doing that.

Go with the support ticket. While the community may respond to forum posts as best as they can quickly, PGI tends to look at support tickets quicker as this allows them to update their issues database.
