The Brian interview on NGNG already gave a lot of details about CW. If he just reveals the same stuff with a few extra details he held back and some concept pictures, it should be worth it. Not so secretly, I'm hoping he gives everything down to the most boring economics. All of it.

I think the interview also included a rough date for UI 2.0 as well. I think they're aiming for late October to mid November at the latest. Now that they're launched they should ease back from the vague dates and at least have a hard date for the test servers, but I don't blame them for being cautious, what with the irrational spazzes freaking out over everything and conjuring up conspiracy theories on the forums.

Don't get too excited about clan reveals either. They already said that the clan invasion can't happen until CW phase 3. They'll probably have another Phoenix-like sale in the spring for clan mechs. They'll want to surprise us then. Still, it'd be pretty cool if they did sneak in a teaser image of a madcat at some point.

LAN? Really? Sooo.. they have some sort of LAN lobby System? Or is it just that only the 24 matched up are on one Network at one time so they can only find the other team?

something like that, they have ability to do private matches outside of what we play, I assumes its similar to whatever they use for internal play testing.

What are they deleting? Whiners? Pretty sure they do that in other livestreams aswell, out of 100 comments, one comes out as <comment deleted>, and it usually was a drawing of a *****, if you call that a lot...

Could someone explain to me why a third-party podcast is MC'ing an official tournament for the product launch?

I mean, I expect that one of the devs would do it, but if they want to have NGNG be their PR team for the event, they could at least pay them. Unless they are already being paid.

The audio insulating qualities of Daeron's beard are OP.

I can't believe that, despite starting this event in the afternoon, and despite that a headphone company is the sponsor, no-one got the the audio working ahead of time, or put in place a backup system.
