Obviously using one or two of the crit-gobbling modifications can lead to large improvements in tonnage available for weapons.

Trolls are people who are damaging or at least trying to be damaging to a community, person, business or software. Technically I think you just trolled this community members post.

As for the mech build. If I know territory control games, it could have a use. I use a wide range of tactics and I can see that build being good for bait, disraction, hit and run type stuff. I think you would be able to keep fire button down plenty time on that thing.

First, consider that it's missing the signature twin PPCs (the main weapons of a Marauder, about 60% of its firepower, and one of the reasons for its reputation), and that the AC/5 *CANNOT* replace the SRM-4 in the CT of a Jenner at this point, and that it would have almost no armor, and cost more than the Marauder. Even if you bent/broke the build rules to make it work, ok...congratulations, you just made a mech with less than half the firepower of the Marauder, a fraction of its armor, and a higher cost, not to mention considerably less firepower than the original Jenner. Hats off to ya.
Now, if you look at the spelling in the first post, it's bad. Criminally bad. Maurder?
So, yeah, it still looks like trolling for the lulz, to me; I never said it was a terrible thing to do, either. If done right, a little friendly trolling can be fun and amusing for all involved. That said, if it wasn't trolling, and the OP is offended, I apologize; I was merely calling his bluff, lol.
But, just to show you I'm not such a terrible guy, here's a sugar cube, for that horse you rode in on.
