I cant play at the moment, is this serious? The ability to look around and over obstacles with out moving the mech itself?

btw i really cant log in to the game and would like to know. Also if they really did add 3rd pseron to this mech sim i may blow a fuse

Was temped to start a new topic asking but i may completely freak out about this lol

Before you do freak out, try it. Check out how many players use it. You'll be pleasantly surprised, I can assure you

I love the idea of shooting the drone down. right in-line with it being a simualtion, yet you still get the 3rd person fun goodness.

Wait, what - you can't shoot down the drone already?

I swear my Lasers had an "impact" (complete with sparks) as I tried shooting it just to see what happens - and it disappeared!

Guess the pilot may just have disabled his or her 3PV at that exact moment. Now I feel like a rookie for having spent the next minute trying to snipe other pilots' drones for giggles and to pass the time until we'd detect an enemy contact.

I want to be able to lock LRMs on the drone.

I like the idea. With new players, you could make their drone indestructible during the period they get the bonus to their c-bills. After that time the drone should be able to be blown away.
