Not "unfair" at all... it's stuff that was never part of the original deal in the first place. This is 100% bonus and above what I paid money to get.
Whatever we unlock is great and just icing on the cake. That said, I would be quite surprised if the bar didn't go up to max by the time Phoenix drops, regardless of total orders. It's a PR move and not reaching the top of the goal line would mean they didn't meet an arbitrary (to us) goal, while also not delivering what is essentially "existing" product.

It's amazing what people will complain about...
Oooh Oooh, here's one:
"Waaaah, my free colors I didn't know I was going to get when I paid for the Pheonix package are almost the same as the free colors I didn't know I was getting with my PC Gamer skin."
I think it's great.

Signed.... People loves to cry.
You know what I do? I try to enjoy the game, if it does not satisfy me I will simply move on. As of now I really like it

Well, do you feel like a cheater when you buy other things? I mean, you get those other things you buy right away, other people might need to save up and buy them later? Is that "unfair"? People really need to stop using the word "fair" when it doesn't apply to a situation at all. When you buy something, and get what you pay for, there's nothing "unfair" about other people who choosing not to make that same purchase. "Fairness" just doesn't enter into it at all, in any way, unless someone doesn't get what they pay for. That's like saying, I pre-ordered something, now I get it immediately upon release, and I should feel bad that other people need to wait? Well, they didn't pre-order, and I did. How could I possibly feel bad for their choice not being the same as mine? I just can't fathom how that could be unfair to them in any possible way.
....and it's fair to buy a premium weapon in Combat Arms(that game isnt pay to win all...)? It's fair to get a weapon/ability/vehicle months in advance of everyone else because you pre-ordered it? It's fair to have the opportunity to buy something that gives you an edge over everyone else, since piloting a mech makes you more familiar with it and therefore its' weaknesses?
I don't think so. I'll feel kinda bad for buying it, but I'll enjoy myself more with the things I bought, so ofc my guilt is going to go wayyy to the wayside after a few matches. It's like buying a borderline overpowered premium-only weapon in a game and thrashing people with it. Ofc it feels good shoving bullets into peoples' bodies at a more effective rate, but does it provide a fair/good gameplay environment as a whole? Meh. Certainly doesn't help it, if you ask me.
P.S. every word in the dictionary is open to interpretation, don't get your knickers in a wad over someones opinion ffs.

The difference here is that the phoenix mechs are in no way "overpowered" or "unfair". They're just different than what's currently available. They're not allowing you to buy any "advantage", you simply get to use them sooner because you've preordered them. And no, every word in the dictionary isn't open to "interpretation". Words have specific meaning, and saying that preordering makes you feel like a "cheater" or "guilty" implies that you feel you've done something wrong or gotten an "unfair" advantage over other players. That's just not the case when preordering the phoenix mechs, you simply get earlier access to game content because you paid for it in advance.
