You are wrong, on several levels. It has nothing to do with if I or you or anyone else THINKS it is ok or not ok, because that is your opinion. The fact is that it is allowed. Bringing morals or ethics into this to say that it hurts your odds or anyone else's odds makes YOU just as GREEDY as you seem to be accusing me or Major Tom of being. If you want to throw the Greed flag or any other ethical flag about making free accounts, please look that you are in a glass house as you do it.

Please do not drag me down with your hate. I won't stand for it.

No, but by doing so you're actually making the beta process less efficient. When devs send out invites, they want as many different players as possible in the beta, poking the buttons, kicking the tires (not the server, that's Paul's job) and so on. Anyone who ends up double-dipping is in effect weakening the process.

So yes, if you ended up making all of your accounts beta-selectable...you're making it harder on everyone, from the devs on down to the users.

Your logic argument is still biased.

The fact that something is allowed makes this conversations moot. Do we make it mandatory for everyone who makes an account to log in once an hour, because maybe they got a key but never thought to check? Because those that got keys but don't know it must be making it hard for everyone... I can continue with this bad logic debate if you want, but I really don't want to.

P.S. None of us know the Metrics that PGI uses for their Beta draw, they might track IP logins for accounts, and lump those together... What about using the same real life name for each account? Really people, this is sad...

I'm going to enjoy killing you. I may have to wait until the 17th of July, 3049, but I'm going to enjoy killing you. You are so low on the food chain, such a low form of life, that you do not even warrant naming. Die slow you piece of trash, die slow.

You're a daisy if you do.

But you realize you will need to make an alt to do so, right? the Federated Sun's and Lyran Commonweath are allies.

The reality is, Major Tom didn't break any rules apparently. I think some of us are just a little peeved by the fact that such a thing apparently isn't against the rules.

There's not really any reason for folks to torch him at the stake.

Locking this one down.

The OP has made a request, no need to let anyone else in with even more pitchforks and torches.

PGI has a marketing schedule to adhere to, hopefully more screenshots and videos will be forthcoming , but for now we will have to wait.

Cheers.
