I don't normally post, I tend to read and if I see my concern voiced I don't bother. but maybe more of us do need to speak out so you can see that this silent majority agrees a lot more with the vocal minority. I'm in my 30's now and own every MechWarrior/MechCommander game released including the battletech's on my old amiga, and I'm starting to worry about the direction of this game. I know you need to get new players in, but the truth is that the battletech followers of old are the ones who stick with you if you treat them right and have jobs which allow them to spend money on mwo. Targeting kids with allowances and short attention spans doesn't seem to be a viable marketing strategy, you'll keep them til the next Cod or Battlefield comes out and their mother gives in from the nagging and gets it for their console. (I know it's a bit generic and rambled but I hope you get my point.) I love this game, I've loved all of the BT/MW/MC games since I was a tyke, I just want to see this continue in the grand footsteps laid down by it's ancestors.... I'll keep throwing my money at the screen if it stays true!
Liking your own post is bad form, just sayin.... However, thanks for speaking out. A founder with only 3 posts certainly would qualify you as "silent".
