Except your information is not deleted when you terminate your account. All it does is prevent you from ever accessing it again, therefore guaranteeing it doesn't get deleted
Honestly, there is no such thing anymore. "Terminating an account" just means removing your ability to access the information. Sometimes I wish there was a primer on how internet privacy works. But in a nutshell, if you do it online, it's saved forever.
