Hi

after completing the installation i pressed play, but the client then stay on "please wait" indefinitely... patching was already done, status server says online, so any hint about what's going wrong? s

Seriously?? you want people to uninstall their anti-virus just play MWO... that's how ot "fix" it?

open Avast, go to settings and under the troubleshooting section uncheck the box for "Enable hardware-assisted virtualization".

or just don't use Avast.

Try the second proposed fix, which, as RedShift2k5 mentioned, doesn't involve uninstalling Avast.
