I wish I had $50 to spend. Shouldn't have bought the Yen Lo and premium time. : /

This Saber Reinforcement thing only makes me want a Project Phoenix refund even more. Again you buy something and they change it on you after you already spent the money. So now if I want the complete Project Phoenix set I have to spend an additional $30.00 to get the new additions. As I am no longer giving PGI any more money I am stuck with the choice of have an incomplete set of Project Phoenix mechs or canceling my Project Phoenix preorder altogether. What to do...

So adding more content for you to buy because you liked previous content enough to buy it is an affront to your privilege? They didn't "change it on you;" they gave you the opportunity to get MORE STUFF! It's like you're a bit character in some bad movie about personal entitlement... quit whining about not getting an Escalade...

Anyways, I'd have to look at the characteristics of the new 'mechs before I'd even think about buying them - I already have a 55 ton Phoenix, and without any more information, I'm just ggambling that I'll like one of the two "extra" 55-tonners enough to justify the extra cash. Not a good risk, I'm afraid.

It's because he's pretending to be trolling, and not just stamping his foot in a colossal and inappropriate whine; this way he can have his cake and eat it too. If he gets like-minded... persons... to chime in, he can pretend that he's a spokesperson for a fantasy underground of maltreated victims (who are of course ever so much smarter than PGI.) If, on the other hand, someone calls him on his bullhockey, he can just shift gears and pretend to be trolling - either way, he gets to be socially dominant, which is what this is really all about. It's what you get when you combine an unjustified ego with insecurity and a lack of shame.

Nope, not interested. PGI can't be trusted, so I'm not giving them any more money for things that aren't yet in game. Not that in game is necessarily safe either, but it's safer than vaporware.

Not a fan of the hard points on either of them.

I've spent more on WoW and Eve just to play the games. At least now I'm getting a ton of content for my investment and this game has been just as fun.

Sorry I can't be in the cool QQ club. I'd rather be honest than hip any day.

They definitely have a lot to prove now, thats for sure. They are going to need at least a year of good calls and top notch deadline success to earn my trust back. Not that my trust is particularly valuable or anything.

You're missing out on all the hipster chicks brah. Them hipster chicks I tell you what. And why do you suggest the QQ club is being dishonest? A little whiney, maybe but it is the QQ club however. Are you being honest with your self?

Ok, this really ****** me off. I shelled out $80 for the overlord package, and now I have to throw away another $30 for a total of 6 mech chassis?! That is $110 folks, for 6 mech chassis. Ridiculous. Not only this but, if I decide to blow another $30, I will have to wait over 3 months to get these extra mechs?! Have the developers hired a bunch of used car salesmen to do their marketing?

I am already ticked that I am having to wait to use my premium time or phoenix colors. Is the game going to become unbalanced or more broken if my mech is a new shade of orange?

I willingly spent a ridiculous amount of money for the cool factor of having a few things that will be unavailable to those who didn't blow the money, not so i could be given the option to spend more money like some cheep "but wait! there's more!" infomercial.

1st you don´t have to...2nd it´s 110$ for 18 Mechs of which 6 are heromechs... dunno how good you are in math´s,but i doubt you can ignore the fact that is a fair price..

that being said, i won´t get the upgrade either, spent enough money for MWO this year. but still, if i had a better job, i´d not even think twice

I'm not going to pretend to understand why people are angry about being given more options.

Meh, I guess you have a point. The napkin math from an earlier post proves the overall value of the purchase, but still I feel like pgi is slapping me in the face, after I've spent $80 on the "top of the line" package.

I am still discruntled over the fact that i can't even use my premium time yet, I would like to be using it to build up some cbills for modding out my mechs when I get them. It just seems lazy.

I'm still waiting for all that was promised when I took that Founder pack more than a year ago. So no phoenix or pegaze or donkey or whatever barks pack until at very least I see community warfare implemented.
Also if the new Griffin is nice, I prefer the old Wolverine design.

my unwavering loyalty to this game is beginning to waver.....an im pretty sure its from spending more time in the forum =| at first I was excited as I saw the saber package, realised I had to pay extra for it, blank boxes ticked next to them, no saber badge? what is the point of this upgrade? specialy with all the unhappiness surrounding the current project phoenix.......if I knew how to make gifs and how to add them, id be putting in 1.25-1.28 of this youtube video.

Not to nitpick... well yes actually to nitpick... It's 6 Champion mechs, not heroes. Heroes are custom variants with bonus, champions are normal variants with bonuses...
