I was checking some players profiles and found that "Armando" has a member title called "COOKIE WARRIOR".

I understand that he has spent a lot of real money on this game by buying Mech Bays, Unlocking all heros, converting XP to master other mechs... I understand all that.

But I would love to also get a different member title. How do I get it?

I found it unfair to the rest of us that really put a lot of time playing or saving some money here and there to at least buy a hero mech and a mech bay that we can't have a nice/fun looking title just because we are not rich like some other players.

I work and I can't afford to put as much money on the game as he has put already. Does that make me an inferior player?

Is this some sort of "PAY-TO-WIN"?

At least tell me how much RL money($) is necessary to get a different title like he has?

Don't get me wrong, I know you really appreciate doing business with players that put a lot of real money in the game, because at the end of the day that is what keeps the game going.

Please take in consideration that I have and most players have as well put at least a few $'s into this.

We are all important and deserve the same treatment, don't we?

I find it unfair as well, if he was able to obtain it, then why couldn't I as well?!

It's only a forum name, nothing to fret about. If you want to start going down that road then founders and phoenix project buyers are also unfair because they have a badge you don't have.

Thats not the same thing because everyone was given a fair chance to get founders and phoenix.

Not that I would want a title like cookie warrior, but I get where the OP is coming from.

Armando actually got that title by asking for it. Why don't you ask for one, yourself?

Its just a forum title that's been given to him by the admin, I seriously doubt he's paid a penny (or a cent or whatever) for it, in fact its more likely he's helped the admin in someway maybe in beta testing or volunteer admin duties.

Seriously this doesn't need a thread rather than rant and complain about it, why don't you just ask him how he got it, via a PM?

yes, most posters here are rediculous, sure there may be some things some people don't like about the game...but by god it's still an awesome game.
i purchased a new suv....some things on it i don't like, but for the most part it's great...i don't go on gmc,s website and whine and moan about the fact that there is something about it that isn't as good as it could be...

Well there should be extra titles, for backing the game, however they should be unlocks that happen auotmatically, that can be achieved by all..

clearly the devs fall short of Napoleons maxim of "with baubles like this I will forge and empire"..

Armando deserves his title, he has every single mech and has mastered nearly all of them.
I have played with him on few occasions.

Its not pay to win. Pay to win means you can buy power with real money, with this game you cannot do this.
In this game you have the choice to save up with C-Bills or pay real money. Even if you do pay you still need to grind
to get all the xp etc to make a BattleMech efficient.
