As the title says, im wondering what went wrong? My account was charged for the transaction but i never received anything. A little annoying how something like this could happen.

I'm wondering how you paid with cash...Did you send them cash?..Did you give them cash at their office??..What kind of "account" is being charged as cash..Most likely you have to be put on the "Whitelist" for buying MC..I had the same problem with my credit card..You will have to got to support for these types of problems..Not much the forum community can do you you..
