Might I humbly suggest.
Operation Freeze for unexplained screen freezes with oak leaf clusters.
Superior Markmanship for actually one shotting a commando or spider in flight. (only seen this once.)

There's no "enable medals" button on the website, unfortunately, so you need to do the following:
- Download this picture.
- Open it in Microsoft Paint or similar software
- Cut and paste the medals you want into a new image, no taller than 80 pixels, no wider than 720 pixels.
- PNG is better than JPG, but potentially too big if you include a lot of other fancy graphics.
- Upload your image to the web somehow. Imageshack.com and Photobucket.com are nice alternatives.
- On the MWO website, click Profile -> Forum Profile -> Edit My Profile (right side) -> Signature
