Looks like a solid mech. I know lots of lore buffs are super happy.

I like the overall scaling of it. Definitely is stockier and shorter then I imagined but I feel like it could be a larger mech overall.

With the PPC and Gauss changes it won't be a long range pinpoint high alpha meta paid for boat like the Heavy Metal and Misery were.

It seems to be a nice mech, although I am still trying to find "my" loadout. But the mech transfers some frontal-DMG to the back. Please recheck the hitboxes, before you unleash the other variants.

But all in all.. cool camo, cool mech! I like it :)

I'm not really into the paint job on this one. Kerensky doesn't seem so ostentatious of a guy that he would drive a 'Mech that bright (granted he DID design the Atlas). Needs more SLDF OD <_<

Hit-boxes seem good. Seems to be 50/50 between shoulders and torso getting destroyed first.

Soaks up a lot of damage.

Fantastic hard-points. All over the body, you have a lot of combinations to try and if you spread them out well it takes both of your shoulders in order to disarm you. <_<

Its a little slow and clunky, but it seems a fair trade-off for the above.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...b5af982da9e99b4

to me this seemed a little op for a heavy brawler then i got to thinking.. my orion in mw4 packeda bigger whalop. but that will have to wait for clantec.

Very solid. Blackjack, Victor, and Orion have all been excellent additions.

Is this the last of the "announced" mechs? I'm assuming other mechs will be released over the next few months other than the phoenix pack, otherwise people who bought that will have nothing to do for the next 3-4 months.

having new mechs be a surprise will be cool <_<

*edit*

oh wait forgot about the flea. well other than that one

Mech looks like a solid build, want to see the standard variants to see its versitality.
In the meantime, can we get a screenshot or video of the cockpit?

I don't have one, but I do like the feel of something completely new. Finally, a mech that does not look recycled, but developed from ground up. And people seem to like how it plays, so win-win.

Nope, the ON1-K will probably fit my playstyle a lot better, so I'll wait. The SLDF paintjob looks good though.

enjoying this mech so far just not quite got the loadout i want but that's just me.

Best build so far is 2LL with the AC/20.

Hitboxes seem fine, was worried after buying the GB, only issue i seem to have is when i put it into reverse it seems to stick for a sec or 2 before it decides to move back.

All in all not a bad mech at all.

I'm pretty excited to get hold of one - if my gaming laptop was here, I'd get to it ASAP.

I've already made a pretty decent set up over on smurfy as well - exactly like a poor man's version of my Atlases.

2 MLas, 2 SRM4s, an AC20, and a 340 going at 73.4kph. Wicked.

Wish I could give it a whirl right now, but it'll have to wait.

Have run the orion 15 times with XL engines and without. Seems to me that center torso seems to melt easy. Currently running it with 70 points front armor and it is still the first area to be destroyed. Only 1 match have I lost a side torso. Will keep trying, but it seems to have the same issue the Kintaro did.

Looks like you can sort of make a heavy Warhammer out of these hardpoints
