Machine Guns do 2.0 Damage now? Since when, I always remember them having .10 damage! This is new, I must make a Light Hunter for this.
How about this?

0.1 damage per bullet, one bullet per 0.1 seconds, in 1 second you deal 1 damage. It's supposed to be 10 bullets per second.
Note: Your ACTUAL firing rate depends on your computer and not the network. Some computers fire at less than 7 bullets per second. Some computers fire up to 13 bullets per second. I do not know the cause of this, but it has been noticed in youtube videos and my own firing rate fluctuates between 9 and 14 per second.
Also note that the MG is a Hit-Scan weapon, aka it works like a laser. There is no travel time. The bullets you see are just a particle effect and do not represent the real bullets. There is no lead time. Do not treat them as a ballistic. Treat them as a constantly firing laser. These things are freaking devastating to lights en masse and accompanied with pulse lasers.
Two MGs, that's 0.2 damage per 0.1 seconds, totaling 2 damage per second.

Far as the design, I like the idea. It would definitely have insane deadliness once the armor is stripped. But
here. I just improved how long your hunch will survive. The "rear" armor of the Hunchback 4G's right torso is literally the small of its back. The entire Hunch (front, back, left, right), side of the body, and right side of the stomach all count as Right Front Torso. This means if I shoot your hunched shoulder from behind, I hit your right front torso. If I hit your right shoulder, I hit the front right torso. If I aim for your head from the left and barely miss, I hit your right front torso.
The "Orange" is your Side Front Torsos. Hence, there isn't much point in much armor allocated to the rear-right.
