There is a german unit, 11th Legion of Vega, if I recall right...

Since LoV isn't a faction, but a Kurita unit, no... there is no LoV.

It is quite possible that the Legion of Vega will be one of the regiments that House players can transfer to.
We'll have to wait until they announce further details regarding Community Warfare, I suppose. According to developer comments, joining the canon regiments will be a feature from Phase 1, iirc.

Okay, I'm biased due to that being my old Tabletop unit, but darnit, I'd like the ability to earn the 3rd's colours when Community Warfare eventually (hopefully) arrives.
