Where do I register a corps name for MW and for the tourney's?

you make up a name and then you use it.
Until phase one of community warfare any unit/merc corp name is working on a honour system based on equal respect. At the release of phase one of community warfare it is assumed based on earlier info that names that exists in the lore will not be open for players to register as their own. This includes but is not limited to famous merc and house units.
