I also have a new issue since the hotfix:
My zoom fails (but my movement controls appear to work), and then 10 seconds or so later, I teleport several hundred meters. I can't tell exactly how far it is, because it's so disorienting.

On a positive note, my FPS improved, and I am back in the 30s now, whereas prior to the hotfix and after the last patch, I had dipped into the mid 20s.
