Hasn't really changed much, still get periodic freezes (alt+tab fixes) and crashes to client.

No I'm not running Avast, I was running AVG free edition but due to mine sharing the same symptoms as others running Avast, I decided to follow the same process of troubleshooting but without any success.

After a number of steps, I've emailed a detailed report to MWO support which hopefully will be able to find the problem. Prior to the latest patch, MWO was running fine for me. Now I'm just a lonely pilot with a mech growing cobwebs and rust somewhere :huh: Hope it's not stuck in caustic valley !

Played a couple hours straight and had no CTD. Everything seems fine.
