Founders get what we payed for.

A mech or four.
A decent amount of MC.
A shiny forum and in game tag.
Some premium time.
Founders Beta access.

And legendary founders get their names in the credits.

I have receive everything the founders package promised me, the devs have flip flopped all over the place on what I was supposed to be backing, but the founders pack itself delivered.

The only thing that hasn't turned up yet is the names in the credits, something that legendary founders are actually entitled to complain about post launch.

The founders pack didn't promise me free goodies, discounts or a voice in some sort of design council. Anyone who complains about not getting those things has a rather large sense of entitlement.

We got our package with Mechs/Premium time/forum icons. If you want something more, pay some more money for something- we don't "deserve" anything special because we bought a Founders pack a year ago.

Maybe a 'Gullible Gamers' award would be fitting.

Dude we already got what we paid for, and we have shiney forum badges and founders tags to show that We Were There back when it all kicked off. If anything, the Phoenix package owners should be the ones getting extra stuff because boy oh boy, did they get suckered good!

I'm pretty sure they get what they paid for and have been enjoying for the last year or so. You were given a great deal on MC and founders mechs that are unique to the founders program. As far as gameplay value it was money well spent. If you are looking for recognition that you were a 'founder' then you also have your forum badges plus recognition with your badge on the team screen every time you drop.

Which of these three types of rewards are you looking for?

1) Recognition: Maybe we should have a message pop up at the start of every match that says "Special thanks to Gabbatek for paying money to be here before the rest of you."

2) Handouts: Or maybe you want more free stuff because the deal you agreed to over a year ago wasn't good enough and you have an entitled attitude?

3) P2W: Or are you looking for some kind of gameplay advantage, maybe 10% more armour than anyone else?

I know I won't be sitting a year from now thinking about how PGI owes me more of the above things because I bought the Overlord package. I've spent $230 on the game so far and no I do not deserve a cookie, I got everything I paid for (as soon as Phoenix releases that is) and that is all I am entitled to.

You know what I honestly think you should get... A news article on the front page about the road to launching the game with a few sentences to sincerely thank the founders for investing in their dream to bring this game to everyone. That's what you deserve.
