But to get back on topic:
According to AtD 47 they made IS Mechs in advance and want to focus on Clans after that. They are aiming at a release in Q1 or Q2 2014. Since CW, UI2.0 and Mechs are not done by the same people I think they can do that and probably will bring Clans without the last phase of CW. If for no other reason then at least to make money if there are really no more new IS Mechs.
But on the other hand PGI said at the launch party something about UI2.0 in 4 weeks and all three phases of CW in 6 months. That would bring us to CW phase 3 in March when the last Phoenix Mech will be released. Time will tell if they can deliver.
