Not a single weapon is where it shoud be......... you just lowered te power of all weapons, and now they are all useless............
there is no way for professional players that like to aim....the only way to go now is a spam if mismatched and ***** weapons and to keep a continuous fire on the enemy.
this advantages high fps players and high ping players.
people that have low fps can not aim continuously at the enemy, must shoot and hide. (shoot and hide at a distance is the basic of the tactics.
THE WAY WAS THE OPPOSIT: make 30-40 Alpha strike ppc gauss possible, so we are allowed to play in a strategic way, and not in a MESS WAY increase damage of all other weapons and rise armor of 40 % on all mechs reducing it's weight.

If i'm not mistaken, you just contradicted yourself.
There is even more way for the "professional players" to aim because as you said you have to keep "continuous fire" on the enemy. Ergo, if you can AIM, your continuous fire gains a death much faster than anyone who cannot aim and support continuous fire.

Mechs are supposed to take time and significant weight of fire to kill.

I want my Stone Rhino and its 75 point Alpha. 3x Gauss 2 ERPPC. 15 Dubs... It would cause so much death!
Sadly... because it moves slower than a molasses fart in the middle of Canadian January... In MW:O it'd be torn apart by packs of lights.
That said... before they set upon you the "fish in a barrel" analogy would be epic!

I would think packs of lights would have done the same on TT... Thankfully, packs of lights didn't happen nearly as often as they do here
