[Steel Claws]

Caustic and Alpine come up so rarely and they are two of my favorite maps. Why isn't the map chance flat now. Seems like all we ever get is Terra Therma and River City.

I still get Caustic and Alpine every now and again, but yeah, I've been doing TerraTherma and River City back2back a few times...

I was a founder, but real life intruded and I stopped playing just prior to open beta launch. I only started up again a couple months ago, just after terra therma was released. here are my stats on played maps, so you can see how frequently various maps have been coming up for someone who's stats only cover the most recent period:

It has got better with this patch i think.
But I agree there are maps I don't see very much, Alpine being one of them.

It would be nice for this to either shift to other maps being more or less likely each patch, or just flatten everything out.

Since the "release" patch, Alpine does NOT come up for me. Period. Gotten every other map many times over. Funny thing is, other people say it's there. If Matchmaker is taking into account my build or stats or something, it appears to have "banned" me.

Played enough to get Caustic maybe 10 times. No Alpine, ever.
