Been playing Neverwinter off and on lately. One thing I like about that game, you can trade a farmed resource (crystals / c-bills) for the purchased currency (zen / mc).

This does 2 things:
  • Makes the game truly F2P as there is absolutely nothing a non-paying player couldn't theoretically grind for.
  • Increases demands for MC, therefore increases Money made by PGI.
It is a completely free market, prices are set completely by player's supply vs demand.

Thoughts?

hmmmmm...not so sure that PGI would go for this, but for my own personal gain I'd like it.

Sure, I would trade some MC to people for some GXP or maybe even Cbills if it were an option.
