im horribly sick and ive got a cripplyingly sore neck that feels like its literally on fire when i move

its been getting better for the past couple days but its still bad

Feeling better today... Just gonna sit back, drink fluids, watch Futurama and play Armored Core 3 on my PS2.

(Yes mine still works - I don't know how durable they're supposed to be but mine's been through Hell and still ticks like a clock. I'll be heartbroken if it dies. Then again - I don't play it often and I dust it out constantly.)

Got to take a tour of an AWESOME boat yesterday - the Sikuliaq
(Means, roughly, new sea ice - and is a significant name )

When they designed it, they had a lot of jobs they wanted it to do, but to make it do all of them would cost FAR more than was available.

They ended up giving it a large open space in the back (a rarity in most ships I am told)
(Had a picture of the boat, but it would not let me put it here because of the type of image)

Every few feet onboard back there are places to bolt things to the deck, so that they can attach labs to do various jobs, and swap them out as needed.

As they were showing us that, I kept thinking that it sounded familiar...
