That's something that's been missing from Blizzcon, honestly. We need an announcer to count down to the start of a match before everybody furiously mashes "launch" and hopes it catches.

That would be because they already did it. That's what we have.

If you will recall, this random drop thing is what they threw together for that very first event they had (alpha?). I'm pretty sure it was noted as such at the time. And then it never changed. I remember starting out with the idea that the REAL lobby system was supposed to be out soon as they were ironing out the kinks.

Why break something that's already broken, eh?

I want to say that the highlight of the stream so far has been the absolute failure to get any mics besides Phil's headset to work with the streaming.

same here...ive gone through the stages of grief on this game...now i just watch it for the humorous failures...

reminds me of the War Z launch (luckily i didn't buy into that game)

Nope, the presentation is apparently post-tournament.

I love all the failures to get in the right match. The last round they had two, then players started disconnecting right at the start. Amazing.
