Rumor has it that there are other countries out there. They say there are even different continents with lots and lots of water between them. Maybe you should ask your geography teacher about it.
Ontopic:
Finding a match takes significantly longer now. Can't tell yet if the matches the matchmaker finds are "better".

I don't play in US 'west coast primetime' either and I'm on the east coast. However that is no excuse for bad matchmaking. The whole world doesn't play in west coast prime time...

NEVER GOING TO WORK UNTIL SOLO/PUGS ARE PUT IN THEIR OWN QUEUE AND PREMADES ARE PUT IN THEIR OWN QUEUE!

You should both understand that tighter limits means a smaller pool of players to choose from.
Instant matchmaking would mean no limits. A strictly balancedmatch would mean much longer wait times.
There is a balance to these things, and they need to be constantly tweaked based on a number of factors. It isn't magical and will not happen over night.

Sorry, but do you have data that shows the different demographics of players throughout the day?

Rumor also has it that this game has been released for North America only so far and that Euro/Asian/Russian release is soon to come with servers in those respective continents.

I could not disagree with you more a better team will always win be they PUGs or Premade. Players just need to be more accepting of their actual skill. Whether the team wins or loses is not my problem. I scored 3 kills and 5 assists last night as a PUG and the team still lost! Three matches later I had 1 kill 1 assist and we ROFLstomped. The better team should always win.

Herp Derp, geography teacher, wow, awesome advice.
The problem is two fold. First, you are not playing US primetime, which is probably sometime between 6pm EST and 1am PST. 75% of more of the players are very likely US based.
Second, the player base continues to shrink. PGI may prop themselves up with high fives in the office about some fictitious number, but this is reality. Smaller player base effects those in off peak hours more than those playing peak hours.
Is that a better explanation? And that is simple math so maybe a trip back to grade school to learn the easy stuff might be in order for you?

Actually, thats fine, as soon as PGI gives us a match maker that allows us to drop with whatever group size we want instead of the arbitrary 4 man limit we have now.
But at the speed everything is moving now.... Want in one hand....

Let me introduce you to the internet. Internet, say hi to 12Bravo.
A lot of ppl outside the US and A are playing this game. And i think we can put the european server in one category with Faeries, Unicorns and Jesus Christ.

I dont care its my opinion and it WILL NEVER CHANGE! I have been solo dropping since I joined this game, I have NEVER dropped with a group. There needs to be solo and premade separation! Go play with your clan, you are obviously liying because I know for a fact you mostly if not always drop in premades.

I have had more close/even games since the patch then i have had in a long time. Sure the spread among the mechs is a bit erratic but the matches them self are a lot more even. (but maybe i am just in a Elo sweetspot. *shurgs*)
Sure every now and then we get rolled, but that have mostly been because of the team that loose overreaching

I dont
During the times you may play, yes, you may be the higher percentage of player.
Look at it this way. Lets say you have 1000 (chosen for easy math) consistent players. If 700 of them are playing US primetime, 200 of them are playing Euro primetime and you probably have 100 that float in and out at differing times. It may appear that you have tons of players during your playtime, but what happens as the playerbase shrinks? The group that has a lower overall population will get hit first and hardest.
Dont kid yourself, the playerbase is shrinking....

Look, you can try to be cute and witty all day, the fact is we have an EU dedicated lance in our unit and they say it is easier to find games during the North American primetime... Once servers open up overseas then hopefully non-NA players will have an easier time of finding games due to more people playing with less lag and what not.
Also, on a completely unrelated topic, I don't appreciate you bringing your biggoted religious views into this discussion, I seriously take offense to the mention of JC in the manner you did.

Last night was the first time in about 5 months that I dropped with the Law. Heck for 3-4 months I only dropped using Alt accounts to get a feel for how Elo worked. So maybe what needs to be done is players need to change what they are looking for in the game. As a PUG (or actually 3 different PUGs) I have the same percentage of wins and losses within 3%. One exception is the Alt that is meant to be A Goliath Scorpion (ie mostly fast moving laserboats). I am not a good Light/Medium pilot and my record announces that fact rather loudly.
