Give at least 10% total component armor to the rear, you will get flanked.
And you're going to want at least 18 DHS in that badboy unless you want to spend half the game overheated and exploded
I consider TAG worthless unless you have at least 30 LRMs coming out at once

Only fire PPCs at long range enemies, use LLs if you can afford the heat, as they have about the same effective range.
Switch to LL/ML for mid/close range
The LL's have been moved to the arm mounts because the STK has raised arm mounts that make it so anything you can see can be shot without rounds colliding into whats in front of you. Perfect for hill humping and sniping from cover.
Alternatively if you MUST have LRMs

Enough ammo to pump em out, theyre in the proper hardpoints so all 20 will come out at the same time.
You will have heat problems.
Taking that idea further

Less leg armor required because youre hill humping and your legs arent exposed. Slower engine, no big deal, youre not exactly going to be chasing people down anyway, significantly more heat efficient.

If you like LRMs, go for #3.
The STD300 engine is a commonly used one as well, so if you try a new mech that can fit it, you can swap it out to a new one. Just be super careful with the PPCs, You only want to fire them when you have less than 70% total heat, otherwise you'll overheat and shutdown.
Also know that LRMs have minimum range of 180m to arm, so dont fire them in 0-179m
alternatively, if you want to drop the PPCs we can fit much bigger LRM launchers for more missiles coming out at once and replace them with more medium lasers for close range combat. 6 MLs will melt the **** out of enemy armor. Let me know if you want me to whip you up a build, I'd be happy to help any new mechwarrior.
ALSO I advise front side torso armor to be around 62, rear side torso armor around 10.
Same goes for the center torso, leave at least 10 in the back, put the rest in the front

The split ER PPC / LPL is also going to run way too hot, and basically be bad at two ranges (instead of good at one.)
I'd say either go all-in LRM/PPC (and add a TAG/Artemis) or all brawler (3x SRM6 1x SRM2 + Lasers will give you a great punch).

but that's why i picked PPC it's a good sniper it seems
but if you can do a better versatile mech go ahead

If you want to take a more proactive role in combat, you could try this very heat efficient support build

The Beagle Active Probe, or BAP, is a sensor suite that enhances the units onboard detection systems. Essentially it boosts radar coverage, locking and scan strength. It also can counter ECM at close range.[/color]
- 25% increased sensor range[3]
- 25% decreased target info acquisition time[3]
- Allows targeting of unpowered 'Mechs within 120m[3]
- It counters 1 ECM within the range of 150m. It works the same way as an ECM in counter mode. [4]
- If a 'Mech has both BAP and ECM installed, the counter ECM feature gets overwritten by ECM. So the 'Mech will only get the increased sensor range and the ability to target unpowered 'Mechs. [4]

The 5S is more of a support variant, because the 2 AMS hardpoints.
As long as you're smart with positioning and stay near mechs that can help with pesky lights and mediums, you should be fine.
The 3F is the best brawler variant though.
your biggest problem, really, is the fact there are no CT weapons, so when your side torsos get blown off you're defenseless. It happens to a lot of mechs though.

Follow that link.
Taking what you did, I replaced the LRM10 for 4 streak 2's, gave you a standard engine and added artemis
Notes:
-Artemis still gives benefits to streaks. Use it regardless. Especially because it costs no crits or tonange.
-BAP will counter ECM so your streaks will still work, there. Also increases the lock-on rate stacked with Artemis.
-Large Laser have more range, less heat, much less tonnage, and pretty much the same damage. Never use Large Pulse. They're borked.
-PPCs (Not ERPPCs) now have a hard capped minimum range. Never shoot them under 90m. They will do 0 damage to your intended target and still generate a butt-ton o' heat.
Enjoy!

The 3F? Sure, what role do you plan to use it for? Long range, brawler, sniper, LOLRMs, what?
