As far as playing goes, 3G should be sufficient, and 4G will be good, although you will go through your data fairly quickly, so long as you have a stable signal.

I knew, but do they work? Have you used one? I have unlimited data plan, so I'm not worried about it.

They do work. They'll cut your data speed by 25% or so, but so long as you put the antennae where there is a signal, it will give you a better one in the surrounding area.
Though I personally haven't used one, I have relatives who do.

i have the same problem using verison broadband at either 3G or 4G as MW:O does not see the connection. has anybody actually connected with broadband?
