I don't know if this is the place to post this, but I have been having issue with the match loading. It usually takes 3-4 times as long as it used to and then by the time my mech "spools up," most of my team is half way across the map. Any suggestions? (I looked for the "cog" to runa patcher repair and cant find it) Any help would be appreciated.

Happens to me all the time.

Don't alt-tab during the loading screen, it usually causes it, the problem itself is usually just caused by the game using up too many system resources, try not having so many programs open in the background when playing MWO and don't alt-tab during the loading screen.

Now that you mention it, I think this is what causes it for me. Thinking about it, it really only happens during the slower times, ie takes a while for a match to be found, so I am off reading a email or some such.

Alternatively, if you find yourself being overly gung-ho and rushing ahead of your team often, use this to ensure that you won't be able to pass them even if you tried.
