integrity is a pretty important thing. if paul says there are new keys being issued then there are new keys being issued.

Its the one that says "If you are accepted into the beta, would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement?" It means if you are accepted into the beta you will sign(or agree to) a statement that says you are not allowed to discuss the beta with anyone, or you can be banned from the servers. Perhaps my beta profile was the only one that asked this question.
