Wouldn't be surprised if it's like $50-60 considering they think the Atlas is the "top tier" :)

It shouldn't be to hard to estimate its cost buy looking at other hero mechs.

Nah, they're not getting any more of my money(.) I want to see positive changes in weapons and game-play before I pay another cent. GTA 5 is a much better investment in time and money.

Not bad, but meh. Interesting they had the AC on the opposite torso tho. Never been an Atlas Pilot.

All hero mechs are 75 MC per ton, making the Boar's Head cost 7500 MC. That translates into ~$31.25 (assuming 240 MC per dollar with the second largest package option). Note, however, that there are no MC packs that give exactly 7500, which means people without MC ahead of time will need to pay for the $29.95 pack and the $6.95 pack as the cheapest route to purchasing the mech ("effective" price of $36.90).

Seem like it should be similar to a misery in an atlas skin.

Which is funny because a money investment is totally optional

It's interesting. 6 Beams on fully articulated arms is pretty tasty, even if they are low-mounted. But this game has started down a road that I won't support, so no more $$ from me, and if Phoenix didn't change my mind, this surely doesn't.

6 PPC Atlai? Just for the sake of it perhaps?

Though we can't be sure the arms are symmetrically organized.

Nope...have not spent any money since founders pack + a few more for slots and do not plan to until I get some CW's.
I am however concerned with all the p2w mechs, far outnumber what wot has in payed tanks...would call them p2w tanks but none are end game relevant or even good for that matter unlike pgi's brand of payed mechs which has any first day noob in a endgame relevant mech. Oh well...doesn't matter they all die like the rest in the end I suppose.

Well, I will most likely be getting. I love my Altai, and this promises to be the king. £20 is a same cost going to the cinema and I expect to get more than two hours entertainment from this thing.

Also, Vassago, I thought you gave up playing months ago (allegedly with "everyone else") how come you still post? Shouldn't you be trolling the SC boards?

Wow. What a surprise. The next hero mech is the most expensive one PGI can add. I can't imagine why they would pick an Atlas over any other mech.

I seriously hope no one is stupid enough to buy this. I mean, you could buy an entire game for the cost of one mech, and then it still sucks until you grind XP for it. Or you could always pay more money to speed that part up.

All I can say is it better have some pretty severe downside, because if its just a way better RS thats blatant pay-to-win. Maybe not an extreme case of pay-to-win, but pay-to-win nonetheless.

I'm not really around much now, but more than I was 3 weeks ago.
