I suspect the next immediate patch will have mostly small fixes with the launch party demonstrating UI2.0 and an early version of CW. Maybe a scripted series of slides and videos, but still a demo.
I suspect at absolute best the October 1st patch will either harken the public server test of UI2.0 or the actual release of it.
Further hoping for the best we may have a UI2.0 public test this friday, but that's a longshot. Maybe next week.
As currently UI2.0 is the primary focus where all features lie in, I suspect DX11 won't arrive till november/December. However I will not discount PGI showing off DX11 in a controlled environment during the presentation. Likely as a set of screenshots at best.
Knockdowns probably won't even be spoken of for a good while until UI2.0 is resolved. It may recieve more focus over DX11 as it is more impactful on core gameplay and is heavily linked to networking.
I have completely given up hope of the Harmony Gold related properties (Marauder, Warhammer) showing up in MWO for a good bit of time. I may be wrong though.
Summary:
Unveiling UI2.0 at the launch party. Failing that, having a dev build demonstrated. Failing that, more screenshots.
News on DX11 implementation if possible.
Lobbies and chatrooms.
Not to expect:
New mechs
Collisions

A min/max weight limit for groups. It will probably be a while before they finally add this, but it should be a number 1 priority right behind UI 2.0.

my wishlist:
1. New game modes!!
2. More objectives on maps (not cap point "x")
3. Tied to the objectives: NPCs, as in Infantry, tanks, planes, etc.
4. A better, more interactive 'Mech Lab (better 3d full-view of the 'mechs, filters for items, etc)
5. Destructible Environment
Much more important for overall fun than again new 'mech releases or 'gameplay balances'
