Issue is as title states.
UAV is supposed to cut through ECM, but it does not.

Just in case there's a bit of confusion:
UAV will counter ECM, but only for users that are outside the range of the ECM. If you are within the range of the ECM (180 meters) with a UAV launched right above you, the ECM will still affect you.
