That wouldn't necessarily win. He would have to create a new piece just for this contest, and have to be voted as the winner. People might not vote something that is made by a machine.

Perhaps you could post a link to the contest in the fan art section also? I know there are some very talented artists there that may not see this splendid contest if it is lost in the flotsam of general discussion.

Unfortunately yes seeing as voting already started and I have to abide by the rules. If I were to allow late submissions for one person others might find it unfair that have already submitted.

We may do more contests in the future though!
